We can guide you through bespoke exercises to create a routine that is both safe, appropriate to your conditionand tailored to your individual needs.

Pelvic floor focused exercises can be suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities. Pelvic floor therapy is often used as part of a package with other interventions in collaboration with your gynaecologist or uro-gynaecologist.

Hypnobirthing

Cheryl is qualified in HypnoBirthing and Hypnotherapy and draws on her experience as an ex-midwife to promote these techniques for a safe and more comfortable birthing using guided imagery, visualisation and special breathing techniques.
